I am a Yoga Studio Owner and Entrepreneur in Portugal.

My Mantra and Divinely Built Belief in Business and Practice:

Teach Yoga. Make Money. Say YES to it all. Shine brighter than the patriarchy ever could.

I am here to teach yoga teachers how to teach yoga AND make money so that they can build a business that supports their wildest dreams, all while absolutely smashing the patriarchal structures and systems within the yoga industry and beyond.

My journey began in New York City as an actress with a dream to be on Broadway, but I was suddenly swept away to Greece for an acting retreat that turned into my first opportunity to teach Yoga. After teaching my first Yoga class on a Greek island, I knew that I was meant to teach Yoga all over the world. So I followed my heart and got my Yoga certifications then shortly after booked my one-way ticket to Europe.

10 years and 19 countries later, I followed my heart home to Portugal. The country where my family is from and the place where I opened my dream business, The Yoga Hostel.
